Kansai

Osaka

Today we're off to Osaka, home to a 16th century shogunate castle and known as Tenka no Daidokoro - The Nation's Kitchen. Used to refer to the amount of rice traded in the region, nowadays it refers to the local street food which is apparently ubiquitous and very good.
