Not a terrific day for flying. I think it clears up later. Today we're off to the Jewel of Ilocos Norte, Laoag City. Vamanos!
I can see this is going to be foggy trip, and mostly over water.

Island ahead.

Mahatao, a municipality on Mahatao Island in the Batanes Archipelago which comprises the Batanes Province. It has a population of around 1,500 and is composed of four Barangays. So that is how Provinces, Municipalities and Barangays work.

Next stop is Babuyan Claro, island and volcano. It's part of the Babuyan Archipelago.

Next up is the big island, Luzon.

We'll just follow the coast for a bit.

And suddenly we're in Laoag, the Sunshine City. While you're here, be sure to visit the Paoay Church.
