Wraps

Get the garnishes ready. You'll need:
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Sliced Lettuce
  • Grated Cheese
  • Salsa
  • Guacamole
In a medium skillet over medium heat cook
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
until cooked, then drain (if required). Stir in
  • 1 TBSP chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
And cook for a bit. Then add
  • 1 540 ml can Spicy Red Pepper stewed tomatoes
Get it simmering and leave it at a slow simmer. Check and stir every once in a while until the sauce is the consistency you desire, then turn the burner off.

Cover the wraps in plastic and into the microwave for 40 seconds.
